We agree that an organisation's brand is its most valuable commercial asset. It's not the "soft" aspect many people dismiss it as: several studies have shown how it drives up performance in the hardest of "hard" factors.
And, unlike physical assets, a brand actually increases over time. It builds loyalty, meaning and preference among all stakeholders.
But a brand doesn't just happen. It needs clarity in its definition, in its purpose and in the experience it promises to everyone it touches. "Who are we for? What do we for them?" are the key questions that set up a true brand strategy.
